Marketing Coordinator (New Grad)

What You'll Be Working On


We are currently seeking a Marketing New Grad to join our Business Development team in Calgary starting in September 2023.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and identify new market segments to target
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with proposal and bid preparation for potential projects
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and other stakeholders
Who We Need On Our Team- Graduated with a post-secondary degree or diploma, in business administration, or marketing, or a related field within the last 24 months- Ability to lead and operate within an environment where change happens frequently- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships- Exemplify the Ideal Team Player - Hungry, Humble, Smart- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills- Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude- Residency, or a valid work permit which would allow you to work for Bird Construction or one of our wholly owned subsidiariesWe Put Safety First
