• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and promptly addressing any concerns or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
• Handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, giving change, and processing credit card payments
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a positive and professional manner
• Strong communication skills to effectively take orders and communicate with team members
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
