Job Description:

Evaluating historical and current financial data to understand the company's financial condition.
Reviewing financial reports for accuracy and communicate discrepancies with finance.
Presenting monthly/yearly activity from financial reports to Senior Management.
Identify gaps in processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
Working on company projects such as intercompany chargebacks and evaluating employee initiative programs.
Assisting in budget preparation and maintain monthly variance analysis.
Preparing forecasts for stakeholders based on market & situational conditions

Qualifications:

2+ Years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Selfmotivated with the ability to multitask
Ability to extract, manipulate and analyze data from multiple systems/sources and databases
Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
