Office Manager

Description of Duties:


  • Manage the office to ensure the company meets growth and profit goals while having fun as a team providing an exceptional experience to customers.
  • Post accounts receivable and accounts payable data to accounting system.
  • Prepared semimonthly project billing invoices and budgets.
  • Run payroll and ensure payroll liabilities are paid and accounted for.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings and identify solutions to streamline operations efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain sales leads to meet sales goals and conversion rates through the company website, social media, and other marketing strategies.
  • Maintain, track, and report on financial aspects of projects including direct expenses, revenue, profitability, and forecasts.
  • Register projects with home warranty provider.
  • Manage company file systems, records, promotional materials, employee data, etc.
  • Support employees through creation of employee handbook, goal setting review templates, key performance indicators, etc.
  • Post new employee job postings and facilitate onboarding strategies.
  • Clean the office weekly and maintain stock of office supplies.
  • Create and maintain a happy, healthy work environment and culture.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration an assest.
  • Previous experience in office management preferred.
  • Experience performing general bookkeeping duties required including: adherence to generally accepted accounting principles, accounting software (preferably QuickBooks Online), running payroll and paying payroll tax liabilities.
  • Experience working with a construction company using construction management software such as Co-Construct or BuilderTrend is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others both inside and outside of the company.
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$40.00 per hour
