We are looking for a self-motivated individual with great communication skills to fill this position that is essential to our organization.


The Project Coordinator manages the entire Project Management Process for retail and large custom cabinet orders by coordinating designated jobs from point of sale through to project completion.


The Project Coordinator will work in a fast-paced but casual environment and play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by actively engaging necessary staff, Designers, Installers, Installation Manager, Service Technicians, Site Superintendents, and Homeowners in a wide range of customer service scenarios while adhering to our safety program, upholding our quality control standards, and making sure building codes are followed.


Key responsibilities:


  • Communicate with appropriate Manager regarding recurring issues and concerns that are identified
  • Communicate with Site Superintendents or Homeowners on any site issues, date changes or site safety concerns
  • Email Builders, Homeowners, and Designers completion reports for work orders completed after possession, cabinet finals and PO requests

Knowledge and skills required:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service.
  • Residential cabinet industry or equivalent experience in the residential construction industry would be beneficial
  • Knowledgeable in the fundamentals of kitchen cabinet installation
  • Is able to read, interpret and compose work orders
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Must be capable of typing a minimum 45 words per minute
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communications skills, along with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical/data entry skills required
  • Detailed understanding of Customer Service
  • Established troubleshooting experience with making effective decisions

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$47,000.00-$54,080.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
