Job Description and Responsibilities:

The General Labourer is responsible for bundling products, packing products into cases, putting cases onto a skid, stripping waste, lifting material, working on machinery, and cleaning the work area.

This job does involve lifting boxes repeatedly throughout the day.

Shift:

This is a fulltime position.
Hours of work are 6:30 am3:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Who can apply?
You must be Legally entitled to work in Canada and have a valid Social Insurance Number.

Skills and Requirements:

Lifting is required. Repeatedly lift 30pound boxes. Please ensure you can lift this weight repeatedly throughout the day
Lifting from the ground to waist level and back
Comfortable lifting boxes from waist level to stack onto a skid between 46 feet high.
Must be able to safely lift boxes at a steady pace.
Good attention to detail.
Works well cooperatively with others.
Physically able to stand for extended periods
Reasonable English speaking and comprehension.
CSAapproved steeltoed boots are required.

Compensation:

- $17.50-$18 per hour depending on experience. Salary review after 3 months.
