We are currently looking for a
Hot Tub/ Spa Sales Representative (Base+ Commission)to join our dynamic and vibrant
Retail Store team in our
Barrielocation.

WORK HOURS: 6 days a week during peak season, 5 days a week non-peak season.
LOCATION: 704 Huronia Rd, Barrie, ON L4N 9B3
Position Purpose:
Under the direction of the Store Manager, the
Hot Tub/ Spa Sales Associate is responsible for performing an array of functions that may include assisting customers in identifying and selecting products, delivering a high level of customer service, and meeting sales goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner while building rapport.
- Initiate relationships with new and existing consumers to educate them on the products & services available to them with the goal of closing sales.
- Engage the consumers into a conversation and listen carefully to understand the concerns of the consumers and determine their needs.
- Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and aftersales service.
- Develop and maintain technical product or service knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions about goods or services.
- Handle all incoming leads in a timely manner.
- Work with store management and the team to achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals and targets.
- Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Assess customer needs and offer solutions.
- Maximize store and personal profitability through suggestive selling, addon sales techniques, and a strong closing rate.
- Complete the customer experience by suggesting valueadded, related items.
- Prepare and administer sales agreements and maintain customer records.
- Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment.
Other Duties& Responsibilities
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager
- Assist in driving merchandising directives and standards to achieve financial targets
- Stay knowledgeable about the products, services, promotions and policies and share this knowledge with the team.
- Other duties as assigned.

Desired Competencies & Qualifications:
- Retail sales experience of bigticket items (such as hot tubs, pools, cars, furniture, T.V.s, HVAC, windows, etc.) is a definite asset.
- Spa/hot tub and pool knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
