What do you need to succeed?

Strong understanding of production support activities - Incident Management, Service Request, Problem and Change Request is mandatory

SQL, JAVA, PPM

Experience in Customer Facing role is mandatory


Should be able to lead 6+ member team from remote location and co-ordinate the work between customers and offshore resources.

Prioritize issues raised and resolve it accordingly. Coordinate escalation and resolution of major service issues

Should have experience working on offshore/onsite model and should communicate efficiently across the team

Good communication skills.

Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support.
