Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Issue subcontract purchase orders in ERP system, including preparing and editing any subcontract agreements while ensuring proper supporting documentation has been submitted
- Adjust subcontract purchase orders as required by Operations including Change Orders
- Support Contact for the Subcontractor Prequalification Process (SCPQ)
- Liaison with IT Department regarding the SCPQ and support HSE and Finance inquiries
- Scan, post and file contracts and subcontracts as required
- Request and update Certificate of Insurances
- Assist lawyers by providing administrative support as required Provide support/assistance with the management of company cell phones/devices as required

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual in French is considered an asset:
- Quick learning and highly motivated
- MS Office (Word, Excel)
- JD Edwards or an Oraclebased ERP system is considered an asset
