HERO Products Group of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation was established in 1969.

We are engaged in the design, manufacture, sales and distribution of tinting and mixing equipment for the paint and coatings industry, with representation in many countries around the world.

HERO's product line includes; colorant dispensing and paint mixing equipment for point of sale and in-plant production equipment. Our products are sold globally to retail paint stores, paint manufacturers, and other point of sale retailers.

Responsibilities/Duties of the Marketing + Sales Coordinator:

  • Provide pre
- and post-sale marketing support to HERO's sales team and other assistance to field sales staff as needed.

  • Track marketing campaigns to evaluate results.
  • Organize and maintain marketing database ensuring information is accurate and available.
  • Support event management (trade show, conference seminar, webinars, user group, etc.); schedule, coordination, registration, rentals, logistics, sales collateral, etc.
  • Maintain and administer content of HERO's web site, social media accounts, sales collateral, and magazine advertisement.
  • Provide assistance for a range of communication tools for all external/internal publications, supporting the preparation of marketing communications, electronic, print and media.
  • Work with other business units to create/revise marketing collateral, promotional signage and displays.
  • Maintaining productline catalogue data and assist the development of sales & marketing specials and promotions. Manage procurement and distribution of promotional items and collateral.
  • Manage translation of marketing and sales materials to support local languages.
  • Process incoming sales orders and communicate with staff in other departments as well as customers to insure accuracy of same.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • Certificate or Diploma in communications or marketing, and/or equivalent work experience in marketing administrative role is a plus
  • Highly organized, with a high level of accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills and internet savvy, technological thinker, knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) in a Windows environment
  • Ability to take initiative and a proactive approach to take tasks to completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and energetic with a positive attitude
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask and think ahead
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities
  • Strong administrative and planning skills.
  • Motivation to learn

Nice to have:


  • Fluent in English and French (not mandatory), both written and spoken
  • Basic graphic design skills desirable, basic proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional, InDesign, and Illustrator
