Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Hair Stylist/Assistant to join the team at Sand And Case Hair in Leslieville.

As a Junior Hair Stylist/Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the senior stylist in shampooing, styling, and providing great hair services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them achieve their desired look.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and styling

**Please note that we are happy to work with stylists at all skill levels and training will be provided.

• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the styling process
• Sanitize and maintain salon tools and equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Help with shampooing and finalizing services started by the senior stylist
• Take videos and pictures of the salon life to help with the social media presence of the salon

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Excellent hair styling skills, including cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques

This is a small studio space with a great opportunity to learn and grow quickly. On the job training will be provided and you will be supported in all of your learning.
