Premura Call Centers builds and manages high-performance call centers for solar and roofing companies across the United States. We help our clients generate consistent, qualified appointments through structured systems, trained remote teams, and data-driven execution.

The Role
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage client accounts, monitor performance metrics, and ensure our clients achieve measurable ROI from their call center.
This is not a passive account management role.
This is a performance-driven position where you are responsible for results, communication, and retention.
You will manage 30–40 accounts and serve as the bridge between the client and our internal operations team.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly performance calls with clients
- Track KPIs such as appointments booked, sit rate, close rate, and ROI
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans
- Hold clients accountable to best practices
- Coordinate internally with operations to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain strong client communication and retention
Who You Are
- High-agency and self-reliant
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations
- Data-driven and numbers-focused
- Able to manage multiple accounts without losing quality
- Experience in solar, roofing, call centers, or appointment-based services is a strong plus
