This role will suit an enthusiastic marketing professional with the ability to hit the ground running and excel in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

You should also have a sound understanding and proven experience in delivering highly engaging marketing materials for digital and traditional marketing, social media, and SEO.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the marketing and advertising needs of TSoM by understanding the characteristics of the education programs offered by TSoM;
  • Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns, and implement such strategies with the support of the marketing team of TSoM;
  • Advise the marketing team and other relevant departments of TSoM regarding the marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies;
  • Develop and implement marketing and digital marketing campaigns focusing on the target market of TSoM;
  • Conduct post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics to the management on what furthers steps need to be taken to develop the marketing strategy of TSoM;
  • Be incharge of maintaining social media accounts of TSoM by creating social media content and share content daily on the social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube and also manage customer reviews and testimonials posted on the said social media platforms of TSoM;
  • Oversee the creation of content for websites, videos, blogs, newsletters and webinars;
  • Organizes and facilitates workshops, webinars, meetings, and info sessions for publicity purposes;
  • Expands the reach to different partners by creative judgment in designing marketing promotional tools such as banners, flyers, posters, viewbooks, websites, etc.;
  • Arrange interviews, news conferences and other media events;
  • Implements global campaigns for lead generation purposes; and
  • Maintains strong public relations with students at TSoM.

Position Requirements

Education and Experience
University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a marketing role for a private or public college/university; and
  • Proven experience working in an international organization in digital marketing or equivalent roles.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro is an asset;
  • Strong copywriting and verbal communication skill;
  • Selfdirected and flexible to work well independently and in a team environment;
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment;
  • Possess strong analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Strong Public Relations skills;
  • Confidence and willingness to participate in marketing content to promote TSoM; and
  • Proficiency in languages other than English and French are an added advantage.
