Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support Project Managers through the preparation and issuance of various financial reports
- Coordination of Project status reporting to clients and internal management
- Provide handson support to the Project Manager and Finance in the preparation and submission of monthly invoices
- Review contract terms and conditions as they relate to billing and collections
- Work with the project management team to track and resolve billing issues as they arise
- Interface with Customer on invoices and payments
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively
Qualifications:
- 510 years experience in project controls with intermediate to senior level experience in planning, scheduling, and costing
- A University degree in a related field
- Must be proficient with MS Access, Excel, and Word
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and strong written and oral communication skills
- Must work well in a diverse team environment
- Previous experience in an engineering consulting environment would be considered an asset
- Engineering or Technical educational background is considered an asset
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and teammanagement skills.

A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada.

These positions require advanced criminal record checks that must also be conducted from time to time after commencement of employment.
A technical/practical assessment may be administered during the selection process and this exercise will be used as a part of the selection criterion.
