Your Role:


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support Project Managers through the preparation and issuance of various financial reports
  • Coordination of Project status reporting to clients and internal management
  • Provide handson support to the Project Manager and Finance in the preparation and submission of monthly invoices
  • Review contract terms and conditions as they relate to billing and collections
  • Work with the project management team to track and resolve billing issues as they arise
  • Interface with Customer on invoices and payments
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively

Qualifications:


  • 510 years experience in project controls with intermediate to senior level experience in planning, scheduling, and costing
  • A University degree in a related field
  • Must be proficient with MS Access, Excel, and Word
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must work well in a diverse team environment
  • Previous experience in an engineering consulting environment would be considered an asset
  • Engineering or Technical educational background is considered an asset
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership and teammanagement skills.

A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada.

A technical/practical assessment may be administered during the selection process and this exercise will be used as a part of the selection criterion.
