Kitchen Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead our high-volume brasserie kitchen at Vancouver International Airport. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all Back of House operations, ensuring food quality and brand standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years of food & beverage leadership experience, including 2+ years as a Kitchen Manager. You should possess strong knowledge of cost controls, food safety, and high-volume execution. Food Handler certification is also required.
