BSK Internationale est une start-up qui œuvre comme partenaire technique auprès des startups et PME nationales et internationales ainsi que auprès des entrepreneurs à travers le monde (Canada, Europe, etc...). Nous offrons des services de développement logiciels externalisés au travers de nos centres de développement situés en Afrique. Plusieurs de nos clients basé à l'étranger recherche Plusieurs BUSINESS/FUNCTIONAL ANALYST juniors (H/F) intéressés par l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets d'envergure internationale. Le mandat est un travail permanent incluant tous les avantages sociaux.

Analyser les données à partir des systèmes internes pour générer des informations et faire des recommandations pour aider à améliorer et à optimiser nos activités dans les domaines des subventions, du recrutement, des personnes, du BD, etc;
Gérer les outils et bases de données internes critiques ; adopter l'apprentissage et la mise en œuvre de nouveaux outils et technologies;
Diriger l'amélioration continue de notre logiciel de gestion des contrats afin de réduire le temps d'exécution des documents juridiques les plus importants de la Fondation;
Posséder la mise en œuvre de notre nouveau système de suivi des applications (ATS) et maintenir le système pour garantir l'intégrité des données et les processus sont optimisés;
Concevoir, créer et maintenir un processus d'intégration de classe mondiale pour les nouvelles recrues qui englobe la documentation, la fourniture de logiciels, la culture, etc;
Soutenir les responsables fonctionnels dans la création et la mise en œuvre d'une formation d'intégration pour les nouvelles recrues ; Faciliter la formation d'intégration au besoin
Avoir des compétences avancées dans la gestion et la sécurité des bases de données;
Avoir de l'expérience avec les implémentations de logiciels.
