Job Description Summary:

As an SAP Support Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and support of apps and tools (SAP) for STEMCELL's staff & customers.

This is a varied role, including directly supporting STEMCELL staff and proactive maintenance/improvements of STEMCELL's Enterprise systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with the IS Department and Business to evaluate user requests, clarify objectives and functional requirements, and assist in determining feasibility, time requirements, and compatibility with current system and system capabilities
Act as the first tier of support, triaging the incoming business requests and providing enduser support and incident response
Offer creative initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate on delivering the best IS solutions
Monitor ongoing performance of systems and develop updates or modifications according to business needs
Respond to emergencies and system failures including afterhours problems; lead response and resolution of escalated issues

Knowledge & Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in a technologyrelated discipline, or a mix of industry certifications or experience
1+ year of IT experience, including at least 1+ year in an SAP support or key user role
Excellent problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues
Focus on process improvement and drive recommendations to completion
Enjoy working across a broad range of technologies, and with people from diverse professional backgrounds

Please note that this is a 12 month-fixed term position, with the opportunity to convert into a permanent role.

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$67, $91,100.00

STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization.

For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
