Dilawri is now actively searching for a Sales Consultant to join our _Regina Honda _team

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for the sale or lease of new or preowned vehicles on standards of gross profit, volume and the satisfaction of customers.
Responsible for maintaining the customer databases including owner followup, unsold customers and confirmation of delivery dates and times.
Maintains files for all sold and unsold customers.
Responsible for vehicle delivery including inspection of the vehicle.
Maintain current product knowledge including own brands and competitive models.
Attends and actively participates in meeting and training courses.
Opportunity for advancement within the brand and dealer group based on performance.
Compensation negotiable based on previous experience and qualifications.

ABOUT YOU

2 Years of related experience in sales is required.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
Willingness to work hard and achieve deadlines.
Punctual and reliable.
Positive cando attitude.
Strong work ethic.
Well connected with an ability to market oneself and attract new business
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create and foster relationships with customers on the grounds of integrity, professionalism and honesty.
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to negotiate, explain and assist customers to ensure they are placed in the vehicle that matches their needs.
Must be computer literate with the ability to use a variety of programs and learn other programs easily.
Experience with CDK and One-Eighty is an asset.
Internet Sales Experience is an asset.
Must be a team player.
Requires a valid driver's license with a clean driver abstract.
