The Abbotsford Veterinary Clinic provides quality veterinary service to our customers for farm animal care, dairy herd health and poultry flock programs supporting safe and sustainable food production.
We are looking for a flexible team player to join our client care team in supporting veterinary and office staff in daily operations.
Terms of employment:
Full-time/ Part-time
Responsibilities
- Foster and develop strong client relationships.
- Manage incoming calls in a professional, competent, and timely manner.
- Prepare client invoices based on pointofsale services.
- Communicate lab results as directed by Veterinarians.
- Inventory stocking and workplace maintenance
Skills/Requirements
- Effective communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Accounting basics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in an everchanging environment.
- Team player with the ability to self start and work independently.
- Valid BC Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Part time is an option.
