Busy Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, and Naturopathic Medicine Clinic in Surrey is Seeking Front Desk Office Assistant who will transition to become our Assistant Office Manager.

Training will be provided for the Office Assistant with responsibilities that include:
- Answering phones
- Processing payments
- Scheduling and maintaining patient health plans
- Managing office 'flow' and environment
- Outreach/PR
- Light cleaning duties
- Liaising with ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and other health professionals
- Administration
- Shift scheduling
- Marketing and Sales
- Be able to see the bigger picture of our clinic and help achieve the goals
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent judgement and strong problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization skills with an ability to effectively multitask
- Ability to provide guidance and direction to others.
Training, start date and hours to be discussed during the interview.
Office Hours:
Mon
- Friday 9am6pm, Sat 8am
- 3pm
Job Type:
Full-Time
Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
