YOUR ROLE

The assistant manager's main tasks are:

  • Take care of all restaurant operations, profitability and management
  • Ensure all Benny&Co. policies and procedures are followed by staff
  • Hire, welcome, onboard, train and manage employees
  • Quickly process requests, complaints and comments in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Create a positive, harmonious and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure products and customer service consistently meet quality standards
  • Offer customers the Benny&Co. experience
  • Follow hygiene and food safety rules
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

What you need for the job:

  • Experience supervising a team
  • Knowledge of human resources management
  • Experience in a kitchen with chicken roasters (an asset)
  • Knowledge of cash register systems (an asset)
