    As Create. continues to evolve and grow, we are looking for a Carpenter to join our team Are you a "Jack or Jill-of-all-trades" that loves to tackle small projects? Do you enjoy creating lasting relationships? If you have a carry bag with all sorts of hand tools and a keyring on a lanyard, then this role may be perfect for you

    The Carpenter will be responsible for creating first and final impressions with our clients and have the opportunity to "make it right"

    Day-to-day responsibilities may include (but not limited to):

    • Handling a broad spectrum of teammate and Client requests for both interior and ground up projects
    • Supporting the leadership team with trade coordination
    • Site safety including knowledge of OHS best practices
    • Light framing, drywalling, and taping
    • Door and hardware installations
    • Painting and finishing
    • General cleaning and a commitment to the quality of our products

    What we're looking for from the candidate:

    • Strong carpentry background (Ideally, you possess training in carpentry)
    • Demonstrated background in a variety of skilled trades
    • Proven track record of being organized and detail-oriented
    • Physically fit to carry out all necessary duties
    • Happy to work independently while also working on a team with mutual support is key
    • Must have own tools to use
    • Must have a reliable mode of transportation (Van/Truck)
