Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
  • Ensure highquality food and beverage service to meet customer expectations
  • Train and supervise restaurant staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel
  • Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
  • Conduct interviews and hire new employees
  • Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability

Skills:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
  • Experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a management role
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with restaurant software systems for ordering, inventory management, and scheduling

$20.17-$28.70 per hour
