- Managing a portfolio of brands
- Maintaining supplier relationships, representing your market to stakeholders, and managing product selection, pricing, channels, and marketing strategies
- Providing sales teams with tools for selling and upselling electronic equipment, including product training and events
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT or AV-related field with at least one year of relevant experience
- Experience in the AV-IT industry is mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses are a plus
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills with a solid leadership orientation
- Proactive behavior and initiative-taking
- Strong financial analytical skills, including cost control
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (e.g., citizenship, permanent residency, or work permit)

We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Audio AV-IT Sales Manager to join our Toronto, ON team. The Sales Manager will work with clients to create project proposals with accurate quotes and install video and computer equipment. The role requires providing quality service that meets customer expectations.
The AV-IT Sales Manager will have the opportunity to develop growth strategies supporting our suppliers' brand portfolios, ensuring short and long-term financial objectives are met. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential to identify opportunities within the System AV/IT category and implement programs to capitalize on these opportunities.
