At the Pediatric Dental Group (PDG), we believe in having fun while delivering great service to our patients.

We are a multi-location dental group, and specialize in Orthodontics and Pediatric dentistry for children, adolescent, and adults in our Vancouver, Delta/Surrey, Richmond, and Coquitlam offices.

Building healthy oral hygiene habits is essential for the longevity of a child's teeth and is best supported by a positive attitude towards dentistry.

There is no better time to start that positive relationship than when you're a child.

To accomplish this, we strive to ensure that we have the best team to help children feel comfortable, safe, and has fun every time they visit our clinic.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

PDG is looking for a highly proactive and self-motivated Office Assistant, to be part of our growing team in our Vancouver Office.

A positive attitude and team player mentality is a must This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join an amazing, fast paced dental practice.

Job Duties include:

Unpacking orders and distributing supplies
Filing charts
Emptying Shredders
Check Stock of things to order (office supplies)
Clean Toy Room
Pick up and drop off mail
Put out charts and day sheets for next day
Turning off TV's, Xboxes, closing blinds, and recycling old newspaper at the end of the day
Checking all washrooms for need of toiletries or soap & if garbage is overflowing
Empty recycling where needed
Recycle and replace magazines / newspaper as new ones come in
Check stock of (A&F) remove supplies (forms, pads, envelopes) and inform administration if we need more to reorder
Restock office supplies
Follow up on (Xerox) remove Toners and return used toners
Ordering more supplies for NP Bags, Debond Gifts, or anything marketing related
Unpacking Sundries boxes
