As a Line Cook, you prepare the unique tasting dishes for which we are known for.

At Capital Grill, you will work with high quality, locally sourced fresh ingredients in a fast paced environment, helping to create memorable experiences for guests.

Line Cooks are responsible for executing all menu items while meeting quality and presentation standards, assisting others in the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
