Lake Life Spa Group is growing and we are looking for a
Front Desk Receptionist / Marketing Admin Assistant to join our amazing team of gifted women


THE OPPORTUNITY:


  • Collaborate with the Spa Owner to create and develop monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans with regards to social media, newsletters and blog post creations
  • Assist in daytoday social media campaigns doing Instagram stories, posts and reels.
  • Copyright newsletters, blog posts and social media post
  • General updates on google my business page listing, replying to reviews and creating content for google business page.
  • Website update / copy update this is simple word press editing and requires general knowledge of basic template edits. IE tech doesn't overwhelm you
  • Responsible for greeting every guest upon arrival
  • Ensure health forms are filled out fully using Spa Booking System
  • Process guests' check out, calculate charges and receive payments using Spa System
  • Make, confirm, cancel and change appointments
  • Ensure guest special requests are efficiently completed
  • Performing administrative tasks such as cash out reconciliation, month end reports, inventory.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:


  • One or more years of customer service
  • Experience in content development and graphic design with Canva.
  • Experience with facebook and IG ads, google adds, and google my business would be an asset.
  • Experience with basic SEO and basic word press website editing would be an asset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success in fastpaced environment, working both individually and as a team member
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

  • Desire to learn about wellness and skin care products
  • Creative, curious and analytical

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
