Vistapac is a flexible packaging company, providing innovative packaging solutions for 30+ years throughout North America. We specialize in solution-based packaging for the ice cream novelty, food processing, beverage and pet food industries.

Vistapac is recruiting for a
Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our office in Barrie. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for customer inquiries and providing administrative assistance to other team members.


Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Serve as first point of contact for clients and visitors, welcoming them in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate information is collected and forwarded to appropriate person
• Maintain, organize, and update customer files and documentation
• Provide administrative assistance to other team members as assigned
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming regular mail and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally
• Undertake administrative responsibilities, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problemsolving skills to assist customers
• Strong organization skills in a busy office environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• College diploma
• 4+ years of experience in a client service or receptionist position
• Knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping/accounting principles an asset
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

Salary:
$16.55-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
