Description
We are currently seeking an organized, efficient and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing Fleet Leasing, Sales, Service & Rental dealership in Stoney Creek.
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the dealership's accounting functions, including establishing practices and procedures as well as the preparation of financial statements, and providing reporting to management.
- Daytoday operations of the Accounting Department
- Create, maintain, and monitor internal controls
- Oversee or perform tasks to ensure the financial functions are reconciled monthly including (but not limited to): cash, accounts receivables, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accounts payables, manufacturer statements, payroll administration, vehicle deal commissioning, intercompany accounts, benefit administration etc.
- Produce accurate monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the provision of information to Accountant, for Annual Reviews
- Ensure compliance of Provincial & Federal Government reporting requirements & tax filings

$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
