About the Opportunity:

Shack Shine has an opportunity for a full-time
Service Technician to join their team. This position is based at our
Cambridge, ON office, and
will involve some travel to Waterloo and
Kitchener, Ontario.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Monitoring and maintaining inventory on-site and in the office
Managing the customer experience from the commencement of projects to ensure that a highquality of service has been provided

About You:

To qualify, you must have
a valid driver's license_._

The following will be critical to successfully performing this role:

Proven track record of managing customer relationships and consistently providing excellent service
Effective organization and communication skills

Lastly, you will join us as a self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented, and growth-focused mindset, and the commitment to work with a team.

About the Benefits:

As a key member of our team, you can look forward to an
hourly wage of between 20 and 22 dollars an hour plus the following benefits:

2 weeks of vacation during the busy season, with the option of more vacation time during the off season
