Working with a wide range of partners in IT, Architecture and technology teams in Aviva Canada and Group this person will help to ensure the maintenance of high-quality information to enable reporting on the long-term health of the IT estate; and support Architecture Governance activities.
There will also be opportunities to participate in process improvements and contribute to the wider Canada and Group Architecture community.

Responsibilities:
- Support architecture collaboration activities to ensure data within the architecture repository is current, accurate and consistent.
- Analyse data to deliver insights and reports on the IT Estate and Architecture Governance, in support of IT Control measures and important metrics.
- Champion the use of architecture repository data and technical standards across Canada CIO.
- Address daytoday queries and adhoc issues, with the support of the wider team, relating to the repository, IT Estate data and governance activities.
- Update online reference material and reports and administer access to architecture information.
- Support Architecture Governance activities through input into key meeting preparation and followup activities.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in data management, analytics or reporting. Training on the use of Planview Enterprise Architect will be provided.
- Excellent partner management skills with the ability to work collectively with a range of IT experts to deliver a shared outcome.
- Strong written communication skills the ability to collate report packs, update information sources and capture minutes and actions to a high standard.
- Facilitation skills the ability to manage meetings, and track actions through to completion.
- Experience in process change is preferred.
