Reporting to the Chef at Caesar's Steak House at our Willow Park location 110, 10816 Macleod Trail S.

The Grill Cook plays a crucial role in all back of house operations, focusing mainly on grilling top-notch steaks with expertise on the grill, which involves tasks such as cleaning, trimming, and portioning meat while managing costs effectively.

To excel in this position, you must be a team player, maintaining open communication with the Chef, other cooks, and the front of house team to ensure the seamless and prompt delivery of all dishes. In addition to grilling duties, you will be involved in various food preparation tasks, including washing produce, chopping ingredients, plating food according to Caesar's specific standards, and ensuring proper inventory control.

The role encompasses split shifts for lunch and dinner services from Monday to Saturday with Sundays off.
