Flipp's Shopper Consideration Platform allows retailers and manufacturers to create digital experiences from their savings & deals content. These experiences help Shoppers decide what to buy and where to buy it. Flipp then connects those retailer and manufacturer experiences to millions of shoppers through Flipp's owned and operated channels.


Role summary:


As a Partner Account Lead (PAL) at Flipp, you will develop strategic relationships with select, top-tier media partners, ranging from content publishers (news, lifestyle, food/recipe, etc.) to mobile apps and other platforms where Flipp's valuable digital savings & deals content could be extended to.

The high-level objective is to be able to reach more shoppers outside of the Flipp App and Retailer Sites.

Ultimately, you will be a trusted advisor to our media partners and a key stakeholder in expanding Flipp's off-app ecosystem by driving the adoption of Flipp's new products/solutions.


What you'll get the opportunity to do:

  • Prospecting and Outreach
  • You will work with the New Business & Partnerships team to identify targets, organize prospecting activities using various tools and be adept at using a variety of communication methods to initiate business relationships with media partners
  • The key performance indicator is highquality meetings booked with key decision makers; therefore, you must have the necessary grit and resilience in establishing senior level partnerships
  • Opportunity Development and Platform Education & Evangelism
  • You will own all aspects of developing opportunities with media partners, including being adept at (a) strategic pitching using the Flipp proprietary method of leadership selling, (b) objection handling and being able to build solutions through thoughtful listening (c) internal and external project management and quarterbacking to ensure that we can provide the partner with outstanding partner experience and (d) developing relationships across the partner and at senior levels.
  • Closing and Negotiations
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that we can close partners effectively, efficiently while maintaining speed, simplicity and consistency through the process.
  • Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting
  • You will be organized and ensure that we have a clear pipeline and forecast so that we can effectively understand the media partner pipeline and how many more shoppers can be reached on our partners' properties.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is preferred but not required
  • 23 years experience in an Account Management function (agency and/or media sales background preferred)
