Description

The GPO Analytics Analyst mainly supports Complete Purchasing Services (CPS) in sales performance reports, month-end close reports and reconciliations, business analytics, and monthly reports.

This role closely works with regional VPs of Operation in collection, interpretation, and presentation of the data available from various sources.

Responsibilities:

Manage client incentive accrual model including actual payments, projection, rates, spend and groupings. This requires assembling data from multiple sources, organizing and matching data to the model elements and adjusting the model as per VPOs feedback.
Prepare quarterly sales realization report that compares annualized sales estimates to realized sales performance.
Perform monthly spend analytics and provide various levels of assessment, then draw meaningful conclusions to present to senior management
Prepare monthly performance reporting and dashboard report and support monthly Global Procurement Organization (GPO) call with organizing data and analyzing trends, anomalies, and patterns. Prepares quarterly sales performance analytics.
Support adhoc financial and performance reporting requests for CPS Management Team, Finance team, and CPS/Gespra Key Account Managers as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, and engineering background
35 years of data analytics experiencing of drawing insights and developing action plan from data
Advanced Excel skills and ability to develop reports as requested
Strong communication skill and ability to simplify complex information
Ability to take initiative to deliver result and resolve issues
Accounting designation is an asset
French proficiency (reading/writing) would be an asset
