    At Holy Cross Elementary School , the goal of our staff is to provide our students the ultimate learning experience in a nurturing and safe environment.     Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

    Commitment to Catholic Education

    Identification with and participation in the life of a Catholic parish

    Ability to support students with exceptional needs through differentiated instruction

    Ability to foster positive relationships with children and families, colleagues and administration

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively

    Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters

    As a condition of employment, successful candidates must complete Diocesan Safe Environment training.
