ABOUT THE PROJECT
We are building a companion web application for a cognitive supplement brand focused on focus, cognition, and sleep quality.
The goal is to help users take back control of their busy days by combining focus games, productivity rituals, supplement scheduling, and AI-driven personalization into a single, cohesive experience.
This is not a toy chatbot. This is a production system that will serve real paying customers.We need someone who has shipped AI systems that survived real users not someone who has assembled wrappers around ChatGPT.

A web application that includes:
(1) Focus and productivity rituals
(2) Gamified behavioral loops
(3) Supplement timing and compliance tracking
(4) Cognitive and sleep optimization flows
(5) AI-driven personalization
CRM integration is required so that customers who purchase our physical products are automatically granted access to the app. Only verified buyers can access the system.

- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frontend:
React (required)
Backend:
preferred open to alternatives if you justify them in terms of scalability, reliability, and operational simplicity
AI and Agent Layer:
- Multiagent or structured orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent)
- Clear separation of concerns between memory, ritual engine, and interaction agent
- Deterministic boundaries between stateful and stateless components
- Designed for concurrency and realworld usage
- LLM API integrations: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and/or opensource models (Llama, Mistral, etc.)
- Structured outputs with schema validation
- Guardrails against hallucinations
- Costaware architecture
RAG Capabilities:
- Document ingestion pipeline
- Vector store integration
- Retrieval with traceable sources
- Designed for future knowledge base expansion
CRM Integration:
- Access control tied to purchase verification
- Secure tokenbased or APIbased integration with our CRM
- Rolebased auth linked to product purchase status
- WHAT WE CARE ABOUT
Specifically:
- Production experience with live users
- Concurrency handling and idempotency
- Failure recovery and retry logic
- Real logging and observability
- Clean system boundaries
- Securityfirst mindset
- REQUIRED IN YOUR APPLICATION
Instead, include the following four things:
(1) One production AI system you built that:
- Uses LLMs in real user flows
- Has real users, not a demo
- Handles concurrency or shared state
(2) A brief architecture summary of that system:
- Backend stack
- Orchestration approach
- Data layer
- How you handled failure and scaling

(4) Your availability in hours per week.
