The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of
Infrastructure delivery coordinator. This job is full-time permanent.


In this newly created role, your key goal will be to support the successful completion (timeliness and quality) completion and ensure the successful (timeliness and quality) delivery and management of the IT project portfolio.

You will ensure that this is done within scope, to the defined level of quality, and within time and cost constraints.

You will work in collaboration with the IT management team, the Project Managers and the PCOs.


Your Challenges

  • Project support and reporting
  • Coordinate the project portfolio annual planning process.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of management dashboards and executive summaries (scorecards, summary, KPIs).
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of all project management deliverables from project initiation to closure while providing consistency in content and "look and feel" across the organization.
  • Perform project monitoring to ensure project are complete within scope, budget and timeline. Address projects' deviation, risks and issues with the project manager and resources manager on a timely basis for resolution.
  • When required escalate to the IT owner and sponsor for resolution and required decision(s).
  • Ensure Project Managers, produce on time the required status report and dashboard for internal and external stakeholders, including executive level dashboard. Execute QA on those deliverables and works with the PM to ensure that they are complete, accurate, concise, clear and following the same standards.
  • Support capacity planning.
  • Works with the project managers to identify and manage project dependencies.
  • Operations & Quality Control
  • Assist the management team to plan, analyze and manage production activities.
  • Assist the management team in monitoring controlling and reporting on problem management and process improvement.
  • Prepare and follow on dashboard to report on key tasks associated with Critical incident and various audit requirements.
  • In support of the management teams, follow up on timely service fault analysis and associated tasks.
  • Recommend improvements to maintain production integrity, availability and performance.
  • Problem management / Reviews all errors with management and recommends permanent solutions to avoid a reoccurrence.
  • Financial support to management team
  • Work with the management team to prepare the monthly accruals and perform invoices coding to be approved by the respective managers
  • In support of the managers, validate invoices against established budgets and identify gaps.
  • Validate the timesheet for completeness and validate against overall capacity planning.
  • Identify and analyse discrepancies between the estimated, actual time and cost spent on a given project.
  • Identify trends and root causes of financial deviations against the project baseline.
  • Invoicing management with project manager and management team.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems (or a related field), project management or general business management. Alternatively, equivalent IT experience. Project manager training and certification desirable.

Your skill

  • Five years of experience in Information Technology services and project delivery management, including knowledge of ITIL methodology as well as PPM tools and processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both in French and English. Clarity and concision.
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role does not control resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to develop and execute a project portfolio's resource plan that ensures that the right people are in the right place doing the right things at the right time.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical skill, practical approach to problem solving and financial skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic workplace.
