Position Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance to legal team, including but not limited to; updating arrears letters, printing letters for mailing, scanning/uploading of file documentation, update system records for report findings; review funds received and complete deposit process.

Order and co-ordinate the property and occupancy inspections. External verbal and written communications with Property Managers, Real Estate Agents and Site Inspectors.
Registration of Transfer Titles
Support DR management with any additional ad-hoc tasks
If required, cross functional administrative duties within Default Recovery, specifically the Real Estate team.
Accurate completion of assigned duties, with specific attention to detail as it relates to data entry and numerical values.
Provide timely response to team members requests for assistance.

Provide accurate information, through written or verbal communication, to clients and third parties based on assigned tasks from specialists or Management.

Understand, follow, and implement the Company's high standards of ethical business practices and conduct throughout day-to-day activities.
Thorough and timely completion of assigned duties, taking care to ensure to focus on quality and accuracy.

Participate in assigned duties that support the management of the Legal portfolio, allowing individuals and the team to meet set out targets and objectives.

Acts in accordance with HTCs core values, Code of Conduct & all internal policies & standards
Engages in the highest standard of business conduct and ethics
Formal Education
Post secondary degree or diploma preferred in Administration or equivalent or Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent
Related Experience


Skills:


  • Proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel & Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to reconcile and has a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and professional maturity
  • Ability to work both independently & collaboratively within a team environment.
