Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator provides project support to the Project Management team.
This position works closely with Project Managers to prepare action plans and perform various coordinating tasks such as scheduling, maintaining documentation, performing administrative duties, etc.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

Project Support_
- Assemble job binders when a new project starts and disassemble upon completion
- Communicate project details as required
- Create travel and accommodation arrangements for field Employees
- Ensure Employees are activated on site (where required) and have completed site orientation(s)
- Ensure Employees are uptodate on required drug and alcohol tests, mask fits, and other occupational health requirements.
- Maintain all site invoicing requirements as directed by the Project Manager
- Maintain project and administrative files, including daily Labour, Equipment, and Materials (LEMs) and cost tracking sheets for invoicing and Client requests
- Manage the resources to stay on schedule and/or monitor the deliverables
- Support Project Managers in the preparation of reports and site mobilization requirements
- Coordinate material lists, shipping, receiving and procurement
Other Duties_
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Successfully complete safety training as required on an ongoing basis
- Observe all safety procedures and use proper Personal Protective Equipment
- Ensure that all of Ketek policies and Occupational Health and Safety regulations are followed
- Represent Ketek in a light that is commensurate with the values of Management and the Corporate Vision and Mission Statements

Qualifications

Required_
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a project coordinator
- High school diploma / GED
- Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken)
- Ability to deal with the public in a positive, courteous, and respectful manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent demanding deadlines
- Strong work ethic and organizational planning skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
Preferred_
- Postsecondary education in business administration
Job Types:

$27.00-$33.00 per hour
