1 ‐ Part Time (.5) ‐ Administrative Assistant 2

Emergency, Critical Care & Respiratory Services
Under the general direction of the Program Director Trauma, Emergency, Critical Care and Respiratory Services, the

Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a full range of secretarial services within Trauma Program,

Critical Care and Respiratory Services. Duties include confidential secretarial and administrative support to Program

Administative and Medical Directors, Trauma Manager, Injury Prevention Leads, Critical Care and Respiratory

Services.


Employment Requirements:
Secondary School Diploma.

  • Diploma/certificate from a recognized Medical Secretarial Program.
  • Able to work independently in person and remotely, to priorize and coordinate assigned tasks in demanding
settings.

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in medical terminology.
Groupwise, Staffright and Webex) and office equipment including photocopier, scanner and printers.

  • Must be able to produce grammatically correct and signature ready documents.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to priorize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with members of a large Program.
  • Written/verbal communication and public relation skills are essential.

Salary Range:
$27.588 to 32.459
