Product Manager


Do you love building compelling product assortments for an omni-channel retail environment? Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, eCommerce, you will be responsible for planning product offers, promotions, program execution for all categories for eCommerce channel.

You will also be responsible for conducting business analysis to identify opportunities within eCommerce channel.

About the Role

  • Lead the daytoday planning, develop promotional and merchandising activities for eCommerce channel
  • Execute the category strategy, find opportunities to accelerate sales growth and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Utilize best in class category management to drive growth and efficiency within the channel.
  • Collaborate with trade to develop innovative ideas to promote brands online and offer consumers compelling offers.
  • Attend trade shows, events, conferences, and functions to keep abreast of business trends and build relationships.
About You

  • University Degree in Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience in a related field, like Category Management, Business Development Management.
  • Shown leadership skills and/or supervisory experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills are also essential.
  • Proven analytical & data driven decisionmaking abilities
  • Knowledge of beverage alcohol industry and superior product knowledge.
  • Extensive background in Category management within an omnicommerce environment.
  • Established retail experience in marketing and merchandising as well as demonstrated process improvements and project management.
  • Completion of the Advanced Level Wine & Spirit Education Trust certificate is a definite asset.
  • A valid driver's license, access to a car, and the ability to travel extensively throughout the province, for up to several days at a time, and to work outside regular working hours are mandatory.
