    The Role

    Cooke is undertaking a multi-year Dynamics 365 ERP implementation which will enhance our entire business infrastructure. We are seeking a Change Manager to support change initiatives and lead the development and execution of plans to increase awareness, knowledge, ability, and adoption of changes throughout the organization. To ensure business results are achieved, you will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate actions, drive acceptance, and ensure plans are successfully implemented. This role is a term position that will remain in place for the duration of the multi-year program.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the development and accountable for the execution of the Change Management Plan
    • Applying a disciplined change management approach and working with project teams and stakeholders to identify potential people risks, anticipate issues, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
    • Facilitate change readiness including stakeholder analysis, change impact, change capacity, and organizational readiness.
    • Facilitate establishment of a formal change network.
    • Partner with our Training Specialist to facilitate a training needs assessment, identify training gaps, and develop training strategy and plan.
    • Develop the communication plan and draft key communications.
    • Facilitate post-go-live sustainment & control measures.
    • Serve as advisor to the Project Sponsor, Steering Committee, Program Manager, Process Owners, and Site Implementation Team.
    • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions and support and engage senior leaders.
    • Support the Leadership Team during identification and onboarding of Process Owners, Workstream Leads, and Super Users.

    Qualifications

    • You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.
    • You have experience working with large-scale organizational change processes.
    • You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and proactively propose solutions.
    • You have the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization to move toward a common vision or goal.
    • You have relevant experience in creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communication plans, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
    • You have the ability to comprehend detailed technical updates and translate them into consumable insights for non-technical teams.
    • You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.
    • You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.
    • You have 5+ years of experience in project and change management, including three years of leadership experience.
    • You have a post-secondary degree in Business or a related discipline.
    • You have or are working towards the Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or have the Prosci Change Management certification or designation and the Change Management ProfessionalTM (CCMPTM) certification.
