As a Solutions Consultant, you are the primary individual responsible and accountable to drive our key customer business strategies with our retailers and brands.

Key strategies include but are not limited to driving enterprise wide analog-to-digital migration of retailers merchandising promotion strategies, driving dynamic content solutions for merchandising without static assets, driving personalization and targeting solutions and measurement and ROI.


What you'll get the opportunity to do:

  • Lead the delivery of our customer merchandising promotion programs end to end by quarterbacking solutions and strategy with our internal teams (ie Insights, Media Science, Content, Technology)
  • Drive new solutions, iterate and improve existing solutions and have the ability to bring together a multidisciplinary approach to a problem set
  • Lead customer meetings as it relates to the entire merchandising promotion program and act as the trusted advisor
  • Employ a consultative approach to develop the best solution that grows our partners business and desired outcome
  • Build trust with customers and also understand the industry so that we are representing ourselves to industry standards
  • Work with external teams to present results and drive the business forward
  • Map the value of Flipp product & technology to prospective customers and translate customers needs into an action plan
  • Develop internal training and assets that can be used across our external partnerships team
  • Stay up to date on market trends and technological developments to consult clients

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5-9+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities and proven results in Retail, Media and/or CPG industries
  • Experience or relevant experience in client/professional services, sales engineer, technical consulting
  • Entrepreneurial or Intrapreneural experience is required demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high agility and results obsessed environment
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams; specifically, with Product, Sales, Insights, Content, Technology and Media Science and towards a common goal
  • Demonstrated business acumen and experience working with external client personnel, bringing technology solutions to solve business challenges
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and address technical challenges
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights to drive solution performance
