Job summary
Attending calls from the door to door sales agents on field verifying the customers identity explaining the plans and offers agent has offered the Customer answering any complex information technical query customer may have make sure the verification processes are implemented by the agents in the field introduce new processes to avoid any escalations handle escalations in timely manner and provide feedback to client efficiently work closely with agents take full responsibility and ownership of any escalations that comes through to maintain relationship between clients sending extracts to client in timely manner uploading sales information on clients portal/spread sheets timings would vary from 1pm to 7 pm NZST hours a week start Tuesday to Friday Total of 24 hours in week May involve some weekend work too which may have more hours for candidate contract duration of 3 to 6 months with 30 hours per week mandatory skills Administrative Support Customer Service Data Entry Lead Generation Accuracy Verification
