Description

Responsibilities:

Receive material lists from job sites and prioritize picking items from the warehouse accordingly

Efficiently pick and pack materials for daily job site requirements

Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites

Unload vans upon return from job sites, inspecting and organizing returned materials

Prepare materials for the next day's job sites, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Assist with prefab work in the shop, including cutting, assembling, and packaging materials

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist with regular inventory counts

Ensure warehouse and shop areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner


Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar role preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills for counting and inventory purposes

Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, is a plus

Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods


Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Class G Licence (preferred)
