TEMPORARY/CONTRACT In-Site Administrator to join the team.

Review billing reports, generate customer invoices in an accurate and timely manner;
Resolve billing issues;
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients;
Administer payroll for personnel (within branch);
Record all pertinent data in Clean Harbors systems;
Manage filing for division;
Work closely with all members of the oil sands admin group;
Prioritizing day to day work and project work to hit critical deadlines;
Maintaining an organized work environment;
Data entry and quality control of all computer entries;
Light Accounts Payable
Post Secondary Study in Accounting/Administration or Commensurate Experience;
Class 5 Drivers License;
Local to FMM;
Reliable transportation to CH Ruth Lake Lodge;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and office machines (calculators, copiers, fax machines, etc.);
Previous experience working with client systems
Maximo, Fieldglass, CPM, (MPOWER) preferred;
Attention to detail;
Superior Customer Service;
Account Receivable experience will be an asset.
