Summary


Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the position is responsible for the supervision of the Valet Drivers and the coordination of Valet services for multiple locations.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets customers ensuring optimum customer service.
  • Schedules customer transportation according to customer requests and service schedules.
  • Coordinates the transportation of customer vehicles to requested locations after they have been serviced.
  • Coordinates the pickup of customer vehicles from specified locations and transports them back to the dealership for service.
  • Completes all required documentation for loaner/rental agreements.
  • Inspects customer vehicle before departure and/or return to the service centre.
  • Performs other duties as required i.e. pick up tires, coordinate deliveries etc.
  • Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
  • Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written English) and customer service skills
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Must be a self starter who can work effectively and efficiently on own
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
  • Ability to manage time so as to create and maintain an appropriate schedule
  • Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent data
