Customer Service Representative | CSR:
Do you have previous work experience in:
- Providing a luxurious lifestyle experience?
- Providing fivestar customer service to guests?
- Being able to hold composure in a fastpaced environment?
- Being able to deal with stressful situations with professionalism?
- Accounts receivable/collections experience?
- Supervising a team?
Responsibilities include:_
- Attending to guests at the front entrance
- Manage VIP Memberships/ Retention
- Accounts Receivables/ Bank Deposits
- Reschedule appointments and maintain a high customer retention
- Type end of day reports and other documents
- Maintain membership contact lists
- Provides information by answering questions and requests
- Maintain a clean and safe environment during the barbershop operation
- Open and Close
- Manage products/ supplies inventory
- Manage cash transactions
Additional requirements or skill set required:_
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication and verbal skills
- Must be proficient in speaking fluent English
- An experience in supervising employees is an asset
- Ability to deal with stressful situations and must be good on your feet
- Experience with Zenoti is an asset

Experience:
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
