The Network Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the company network.

This is a 12-month term contract.

What you will do:

Manage and troubleshoot network issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future problems
Install, monitor, and maintain network infastructure, firewall, routers, switches, wireless controllers, Cisco ISE and our VOIP network infastructure
Creating and maintaining network documentation and diagrams
Planning and implementing network upgrades and expansions
Ensure the company network is secure, reliable, and efficient
Develop and implement network troubleshooting
Escalate issues to service providers as required
Other duties as assinged

About you:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as IT or Computer Science
3+ years of experience in Network Administration, CCNA an asset
Strong working knowledge and experience in managing switches, routers, and wireless controllers
Knowledge and experience in virtualization platforms
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills working in team environments
Demonstrates strong customer service skills to partner in solving problems
Superior communication skills, wirtten and verbal
