    In your role as a Training Coordinator, you will provide invaluable support to both internal colleagues and external clients with overall contributions to our wider Training Teams across Canada and the United States of America.

    You will effectively and efficiently manage all of our public training activities and associated responsibilities which can include coordinating venue arrangements for face-to-face client training. You will conduct pre-course and post-course administration for training courses in Canada and provide our clients with all the information, materials and products needed to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. You will also support and resolve any client-facing issues relating to our training operations i.e. billing, registration support, course inquiries, etc.

    The ideal applicant will be fluent in both French and English as this role will be instrumental in collaborating our Montreal-based Business Development team. Please ensure you submit your resume in English.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    Distribute all pre-course materials in a timely manner.

    Ensure all registration orders are processed from start to finish.

    File and electronically record all paper exams.

    Review and resolve client inquiries (LMS Related; certificates, exams, etc.)

    Issue online course links to clients attending these courses.

    Recognize revenue for all delivered courses.

    Confirm/Cancel classes in LMS, including sending out update email to Sales and Operations in the US and Canada.

    Address inquiry questions from Marketing and action as required.

    Issue certificates for external and internal clients.

    Report on client/customer satisfaction data for training courses.

    Maintain and up-to-date records on each class and attendees.

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    At least two years of experience in a high-volume customer support environment

    Fluency in both French and English

    Minimum of High School level education

    Highly computer literate with excellent attention to detail

    Self-starter with a high motivational drive

    The ability to resolve problems and achieve objectives.

    Experienced in arranging logistics and resolving problems with vendors.

    Experience of negotiating and or interfacing with both internal and external clients.

    Experience in a sales support or project management roles would be an advantage.

    Please note that this role may also include occasional travel within Canada and to the United States of America.

    The salary for this position can range from 49,300.00 CAD to 66,700.00 CAD annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
